FAQs

"What is a mobile phlebotomy service?"

A mobile phlebotomy service allows a certified professional to collect your blood sample from the comfort of your home, office, or medical facility. It’s ideal for those who want to avoid waiting rooms, have limited mobility, or simply prefer a more personalized service.

How does the at-home blood draw service work?

"We’ll set up an appointment and send a phlebotomist to your home for the blood collection.

What areas do you cover?

We currently serve patients in Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, and other areas of Southwest Florida. Extended coverage is also available upon request.

What laboratories process the collected samples?

We are affiliated with and work with most laboratories in the area, including LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and local private labs. If you already have a doctor’s order, we make sure your sample is delivered to the correct laboratory.

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes. We accept most insurance plans when there is a valid doctor's order and the laboratory processing the sample also accepts the insurance. We also offer affordable pricing for uninsured patients.

What do I need to have on the day of the blood draw?

You’ll need a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a copy of your doctor’s order or lab requisition. Please follow any fasting instructions if required by your test.
